I’m trying my hand at making a white chicken chili for a Halloween party tomorrow. I looked up a couple recipes on line and going to wing it. Hope it turns out alright.

Took first place out of 7 chili entries. Guess it came out alright.

Jarred spaghetti sauce with hot Italian sausage, fresh garlic and basil in crock pot all day. Breaded and fried eggplant slices. Added parmesan, asiago and a little romano cheese and baked in the oven.
