Dinner: Made some of my world-famous turkey chili and cornbread. Have had a hankerin' for peanut butter cookies, so made a batch of those while the oven was hot.

I have an eye of the round in the crockpot, seasoned. Need to add the potatoes, onions and carrots In about three hours.

Pork loin marinating, going to do it on the smoker.

This came out great. I used a Tuscan spice mix I found in BJs, and smoked it at 350*, left it medium rare. Really looking forward to the French dip tomorrow.
