Found a rib recipe I want to try, but it uses tamarind sauce which no one seems to have, so I ordered some. Won't be here until next week. So tonight will be grilled pork sausage on a bun.

I marinated some Bradford's country style ribs in McCormick Sweet and Smokey rub and cooked/smoked them on the Weber last night. I was pleasantly surprised with the results and have enough to rerun tonight. :yum:
I've got some of those in the oven right now! Baking with a dry rub on low, then will add bbq sauce and put them under the broiler or on the grill to crisp them up a bit.

You must not have Amazon Prime. I just checked and had a brazillian hits for next day delivery. It sounds delicious, so I may have to order some.
