I've got some of those in the oven right now! Baking with a dry rub on low, then will add bbq sauce and put them under the broiler or on the grill to crisp them up a bit.I marinated some Bradford's country style ribs in McCormick Sweet and Smokey rub and cooked/smoked them on the Weber last night. I was pleasantly surprised with the results and have enough to rerun tonight.![]()
