The Sheriff’s Office didn’t even recover the bullets from their own crime scene but found that tiny little itty bitty piece of chain to prove the officer’s claim that the dog broke free? That doesn't even sound right.
Sounds like a pattern here to me. If he shot Max at close range and was aiming at the head and neck area, what is there to say that one of the rounds did not hit the chain?
