Where does a man go to meet women

I noticed a few posts in here saying there aren't any decent girls around here. Well there are, but you're not going to find them at the Brass Rail!!
Girls with class don't go there -(unless we are looking for some adventure!!) :alkies:
Trashy married women go there though- so if you're looking for a good-time... :yay:

I see a lot of people that are married that are still hunting for something better, men and women alike. It's not hard to understand why so many people choose to stay single in light of this.

Marriage shouldn't be treated as something that will tide you over until the next best thing comes along. Commitment is not a hard thing to keep if you keep your mind on it and not let anyone else inside your head. Some people are way too quick to give in to temptation only to realize how badly they have screwed up after the fact.

There are plenty of good people out there in lots of different places. You'll never find them if you go looking for them, though. Let them find you.

If I meet someone, so be it; but personally, it's not my #1 priority right now.
:yeahthat: Go out and have fun. Forget about meeting someone. If you meet someone, great, but don't get obsessed with it.

:biteme: sweetie. Last time I checked I had a 4.0 GPA my last 3 semesters in college. :moon:

4.0 GPA doesn't neccessarily mean you're smart. D*** near anyone can pull that off if they're willing to do the work.

I know quite a few people that got better grades than I did, but they didn't understand even one concept of what they were taught; they simply did the homework, memorized the formulas and took the test. Ask them to explain the theory behind the formula and you'd get the "deer in the headlights" stare.

Ok but can they/will they do the work while working full time at a good job and having a home (kids/other half) to tend to?

But the point is DW was just busting my chops and I was giving it back.

Yes. Most in my classes were married and/or had kids.

I understand. I'm just not a big fan of people confusing work ethic/putting school as a priority with brain power.
