Is it opinion that he told his followers the election was stolen while multiple audits and hand recounts showed there was no fraud?
Is it opinion that he called the secretaries of states and asked them to overturn the legal results of the election?
Is it opinion he had his largest donor intentionally slow down mail service to hurt democratic mail in ballots.?
Can you imagine how you would feel if a democratic president did even one of those things?

You can be convicted for crying fire in a crowded theater. As can Trump for stoking the flames for months and lying about the results. He caused 7 deaths because his ego wouldn't allow him to say he lost.

Actually i posted numerous examples.
I guess we will have to see how many people are beholden to the constitution vs how many people are beholden to a man who lost , The house , presidency and senate for his party and was twice impeached.
Trail starts on the 8th.
Its interesting you guys also are so angry that 62 "baseless" cases of voter fraud were dismissed yet you don't ask yourself how this "baseless" case made it to impeachment and now a trial.
