They need to make the food stamps last the entire month and don't go to social services for emergency food money cause you spent it on expensive stuff. The money is suppose to take care of the kids. I'm sure these welfare recipiants are getting themselves lobsters and feeding their kids fish sticks.

I can afford lobster, I am just not dumb enough to blow my wad on a week of eating lobster and then have nothing left for the rest of the month like so many of these "Independence card" recipents do.
I'd rather have a nice house, a fat retirement account and other modest things then drive a 5 year old "Benz" and eat lobster a week out of the month, meanwhile living in a POS house and living off ramen noodles for 3 weeks out of the month.

Ding. Yes, we the payers of taxes should have the right to say what can and can not be bought with Food Stamps, welfare, or any other form of funds or assistance someone receives. If a person with an Independence Card can afford lobster, they don't need an Independence Card. Get it? They can't afford it even with the Independence Card. They buy beyond their means and the starve ans skimp the rest of the time. If they cannot be fiscally responsible, then fiscal responsibility should be force on them.

well those welfare recipients sure have found a way to not only NOT PAY TAXES ... they also get to live off what I PAY IN TAXESQurious said:

that is exactly why i have a job and take care of my children you maroon, because my decision to have children was just that mine and no one elses. That is why i have a job, pay taxes, day care, mortgage, etc...Qurious said:
