The judge’s decision Friday sides with New Jersey Attorney General Matthew Platkin, who sued the three districts over the policy in June, accusing them of violating a state discrimination law and putting trans-identifying students at risk.

“‘Outing’ these students against their will poses serious mental health risks; threatens physical harm to students, including risking increased suicides; decreases the likelihood students will seek support; and shirks the District’s obligation to create a safe and supportive learning environment for all,” the Marlboro lawsuit stated.

Critics have cautioned against exaggerating any perceived link between suicide and not affirming trans-identifying children, especially since children with gender dysphoria often present with co-morbidities like depression and anxiety.

Lefty Lunacy: Half of Wisconsin's Trans Inmates Have One Thing in Common

The Daily Signal has reported that just over 50% of Wisconsin’s transgender prison population (men who live as women) have been found guilty of committing at least one sex-based crime. The data was uncovered by the Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project.

Data from as late as July 2023 shows that 81 of the 161 male-born transgender criminals incarcerated in Wisconsin (50.3%) were convicted of sexual abuse or sexual assault. These charges are in addition to other, non-sex-related crimes for which they are also convicted.

The Daily Signal claims the crimes committed may include, but are not limited to, the following offenses:
  • Forced viewing of a sexual act
  • Rape
  • Incest
  • Sexual intercourse without consent
  • Enticing a child
  • Indecent behavior with a child
  • Sexual intercourse with a child
  • Sexual exploitation of a child
  • Sexual exploitation by a therapist.
The Daily Signal reached out to the Wisconsin Dept. of Corrections (DOC) to see if the transgender inmates were being housed with women. No direct answer was received, but they were directed to Wisconsin’s DOC policy website.

A federal district court ruled Friday that a national sorority organization did not violate its own bylaws by allowing a biological man to live in a sorority house and dismissed the complaint from sorority sisters, according to court documents.

Kappa Kappa Gamma (KKG) sorority sisters sued the national organization in March for admitting a biological male into the University of Wyoming chapter, alleging that the national organization violated its bylaws and that 6 foot 2 biological male Artemis Langford, who identifies as trans, watched women in the house get undressed. Judge Alan B. Johnson of the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming, appointed by Republican President Ronald Reagan, ruled that the national organization can interpret its own definitions as it wants to and didn’t breach its housing contracts by allowing a biological man to board with women, according to court documents.

The sorority sisters argued that KKG must enact new bylaws to define what a woman is and allow that into the sorority house, but the court disagreed. “Defining ‘woman’ is Kappa Kappa Gamma’s bedrock right as a private, voluntary organization – and one this Court may not invade,” the decision reads.

🔥 The counter-revolution won another battle! Earlier this month, Essential Sports ran a story headlined, “International Outcry: Guinness Reverses Decision on Lia Thomas’ World Records.”

Complaints began in earnest after the Guinness Book of World Records recognized biological male Lia Thomas as the world record-holder in eleven separate women’s swimming categories. So last month, yielding to pressure, Guinness World Records declared that all records of Lia Thomas mentioned would have an asterisk.

But that wasn’t nearly good enough. The outraged pushback increased.

Guinness has already included all Thomas’s “records” in its 2023 edition, but this month assured readers that 2023 will be the only edition with Lia records. The next edition will not mention Lia Thomas, and the records will stand with the correct female holders. Out of the eleven records, Olympic silver medalist Emma Weyant will receive six of them and Riley Gaines will get the remaining five. (The 2024 edition will include an explanation for the discrepancy from the previous version.)

“Rather than add an asterisk, Guinness will vacate the record and give it, by default, to the next in line,” said Guinness Editor-in-Chief Joe Barron. “We regret that there had to be any discussion on the matter and look forward to putting it behind us.”

If only we could put this entire trans travesty behind us. But we’ll get there.

Does that mean we have to quit drinking Guinness now? I’m willing to do this, take one for the team as it were.

Disgusting stuff to drink, but it’s good in stews

Oberlin College coach: 'Felt like I was burned at the stake' over opinion on trans athletes in women's sports

In the video, Russell reposted a headline sarcastically congratulating then-Virginia swim star Emma Weyant for the victory over Thomas, a transgender female. Russell wrote in the post, "What do you believe? I can’t be quiet on this… I’ve spent my life playing sports, starting & coaching sports programs for girls & women.."

The post ignited a firestorm within Oberlin College — a liberal arts school in Ohio. Russell said she was called in for a meeting with administrators after the post. They reprimanded her for the post. She recorded the conversations, which were heard in the IWF documentary.

Russell was told, "Unfortunately, you fall into a category of people that are filled with hate in the world," and "It’s acceptable to have your own opinions, but when they go against your college’s beliefs, it’s a problem. For your employment."

Judge Refuses to Define ‘Woman,’ Dismisses Lawsuit by Sorority Sisters Who Sought to Block Man from Joining

Judge Johnson pointed out that while sorority bylaws state that ” a new member shall be a woman,” no bylaw actually defines what a woman is. He also cited the 2018 Guide for Supporting our LGBTQIA+ Members which states:

Kappa Kappa Gamma is a single-gender organization comprised of women and individuals who identify as women whose governing documents do not discriminate in membership selection except by requiring good scholarship and ethical character.

The sorority admitted Langford in September 2022 after a vote, granting him access to the sorority house which accommodates up to 50 women — although he has not been living at the house, Reduxx noted.

Georgia district defends offering kids porn, claims it "promotes intellectual freedom"

After a great win for students and families in Cobb County, we reached out to Savannah-Chatham County Public School System for comment about the sexual and pornographic themed books they provide to their students.

Our email to the district

Let’s take a look at some examples from the books they’re offering students. “Blankets" depicts a young boy watch his little brother get raped by a pedophile.

Sample page from Blankets

“Gender Queer” is another pornographic book offered for students that we included in our email. The book shows depictions of oral sex, masturbation, and promotes chest binders and sex toys.

Sample pages from Gender Queer

Later that day we received a response from Sheila Blanco, the public information manager for the district. She claimed offering kids porn “promotes intellectual freedom” and provides “access to a variety of information, ideas, and resources.”

Oberlin College just doesn't know when to stop.
