In other words, 3500 Louisiana Troops were deployed for Katrina, 3000 were in Reserve (ala not needed, but ready in case they were).

And we all know that's entirely true conside4ring you and some of these other brainwashed Republicans think the AP is liberal propoganda and reports only lies.

The National Guard should not be deployed for war to start with. Defeats the entire purpose.
