People who identified themselves as police officers then contested that claim on Twitter. What is true is that you should always keep your hands where the police can see them and not make any sudden moves or try to resist.
AOC attacked Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC), who AOC doesn’t like because Mace pointed out there were no rioters near AOC’s office on Jan. 6, blowing up the image that AOC had been trying to present of what she experienced that day.
The arrest? They were issued a ticket for blocking the street. They have to pay $50 or they can ask for a hearing to contest it.
But here was AOC kvelling about her “arrest paperwork” (the ticket).

We’ve seen people make accusations based on tattoos before … it cost former fact-checker Talia Lavin her job when she misidentified a tattoo on a disabled veteran’s arm and suggested that he was a Nazi. Now Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is out to show that gun manufacturers are affiliated with white supremacists by point out the tattoo on the QAnon Shaman’s chest.
On Wednesday, the House Committee on Oversight and Reform held a hearing with gun manufacturers called, “Examining the Practices and Profits of Gun Manufacturers.” As ABC News reported, AR-15 sales, and thus revenue, are way up, partly to do with manufacturers appealing to “manhood” (according to the House committee’s investigation).
On Wednesday, Ocasio-Cortez asked the CEO of Daniel Defense if he recognized the tattoo of a man featured in one of their advertisements (although the picture’s cropped so it doesn’t look like an ad at all). That tattoo, the expert claims, is being adopted by white supremacist groups.

After all, you see all the far-Left Congresswomen being systematically picked off, right? You don’t? Remember: it’s racist to judge Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez by the standards of actual reality.
The world-class fantasist, who thrilled us last year with her fears that the Jan. 6 “insurrectionists” were going to kill her and worse, painted a grim picture of life in the oppressive police state where the only thing a poor Hispanic girl from the Bronx has to look forward to is growing up to be a congresswoman and prospective presidential candidate and posing for glamor shots for GQ.
