there is no real need for them to be introduced into an existing group that is already set up and straight.

Nope, Im ok with gay people as long as I am not forced to associate with them.
and to be honest, with my attitude, other than to try and create a problem, why would they want to associate with me?

Im sure there have been gay scouts. but Im equally as sure that they kept it well hidden.
they dont want to hide it anymore. they want to be able to be openly gay.
and that just does not fit the requirments of the scouts

because I dont find it bigoted to not want to associate with someone that acts in a manner that goes against what I personally believe.
I dont associate with people that are on the child molester list either, and you can be sure that if I found out one of my friends was sexing up the family pet,, I would pretty much be done with him too... even though cross species sex is normal in the animal world.

lets see,
pretend you and I are talking, basically you dont know my thoughts on homos, and I dont know you are secretly looking at my crotch.
ok, so the conversation is going along fine, and we seem to be getting along man to man, suddenly I point to someone in the crowd and say,
" Tell my that guys not a flaming pole smoker, man I hate fags"
are we going to continue to get along just fine, or, are you going to excuse yourself and move on to other people and other conversations.

Well put BCP. I agree with you. They defend homosexuality as something gay people can't help, therefore they should be allowed to be gay do strange things to each other. What about the sicko who likes sheep or even worse, children. I'm sure these people probably have a hard time controlling their "urges," and are probably not making a choice to screw the neighbor's dog, but these gay defenders are not standing up for the other sexual perverts in our world. Sure, when a child is involved it's different. You then have a victim of a sick crime but when it's two grown adults it's still a perverted illness. There's nothing normal about wanting to put your ho ho dilly into another man's azz.
