How did you study psychology?

Did you teach yourself that?
:huggy: I did teach myself all the best parts and learned the rest from others. I have read many of the self help books and most of the very best people in the Mental Health field have written books on the subject and I have read many many of them. Plus I had first hand experience with mental illness cases in jail / prison. My particular specialty is in Codependence as it is the one that covers everything and everyone in the whole world.

What is the psychological reason behind your choice of conflicting smilies?

You'd better ask for a tuition refund. Your teacher either defrauded you or is an idiot.

Everyone and everything in the world is codependent? Please to be explaining this.

co-de·pen·dent or co·de·pen·dent

ADJECTIVE:

2. Of or relating to a relationship in which one person is psychologically dependent in an unhealthy way on someone who is addicted to a drug or self-destructive behavior, such as chronic gambling.

:huggy: The smile icons are just for looks, they mean very little to me. :howdy:

Peace
I hate the coffee smiley guy :coffee: he uses at the beginning of so many posts. I like it when other people use it.

If you aren't using them to convey an emotion with your text please discontinue their use, as they make your posts appear schizophrenic.

 The icons are only for looks and that works for me.

I have been to many forums and some like icons and some do not and some dismantle them while others limit them and I never get the icons right at any forum. BUT, I think this is the first for me (that I know of) that posters expect the icons to be used accurately to express emotions. Perhaps I might try to comply but the two icons at bottom are always just for looks.

 Codependency is not only from negative family influence. Everyone has some codependency from their childhood because the parents or adult supervision (possitive and negative) tell the young child(ren) of all children of all homes, they tell the children how to feel and how to act and how to think. Thus a Catholic child is raised a Catholic and a Democrat cfamily will instruct the child to be a Democrat. That is fine codependency but when the adult does not allow the child independence as is often the case then the negative codependency happens.

This is why you should not allow your child to become dependent on your money.

Once you start paying for the little turds, they'll expect it for the rest of their life. And that's just a bad message to send.

JPC, Sr.,
Smilies are also emoticons implying the expression of emotion. Got it? Of course not, but I thought I'd at least ask.

:coffee: Really I mostly only use the icons mostly only for looks and nothing else. They are like toys. I like to put an icon at the start of each posting and usually at the change of any subject or to start of a paragraph. I surely do not expect the icons to show my emotions for real. The coffee guy and the popcorn just look neutral and they are easy to get to with the computer mouse and so I use them out of convenience really. Then I put two icons
:coffee: ----------- at the bottom of each of my post just because I want to divide between the post text and my signature below that just because I think it looks better. Seldom do the icons have any other meaning to me. Some few time the icons have meaning but surely they do not reflect my emotions.

:yay: The Catholic Church has made a hard open public stance against abortion. The Catholics put out white crosses in front of their churches to symbolize the 171 babies being aborted every hour.

In the past many people have criticized the Catholic Church for not speaking out during World War II against the murder of the Jews. Well now no one can say the Catholics have not spoken out against the massacre of unborn babies through abortion.

This time the Catholic Church is not quiet at all.
