Just FYI. We rarely go out to dinner. We went to Nagoya in PF last week. It was awesome. Tons of food. They even gave us a complimentary sushi plate. I am not sure why. New customer, kind of long wait, or just standard procedure. Highly recommend. :yay:

Now, I have to say we wouldn't have gone out to dinner, but daughter had just bought her next car from Jackie Winegardner (friend), and they paid for it. Ok, so we are cheap. Highly recommend Winegardner dealerships as well. :yay: Tell them Robin sent ya!

Put two huge porterhouse steaks on the grill yesterday, fresh asparagus and baked potato. Needless to say, neither of us could finish our steaks, so leftover steak tonite.

Tonight we're having shakshuka, which is eggs poached in a spicy tomato sauce, then you sop it up with crusty bread. I can't wait!!!

We had the 2nd halves of our po' boys from Parkway Bakery in New Orleans while we waited to board our plane for the flight home. Deeee-lish for lunch and even more delish at dinner. Hah! Beat the heck out of the subs people were picking up from the Subway.

Souvlaki with pita bread, lettuce and tomato salad, and tzatziki.

This is my new favorite. Juicy, tender pieces of pork marinated in oregano, garlic, lemon juice & oil. Then it gets that nice char on the edges of the meat. Then it's all wrapped up in pita bread with lettuce, sauce, red onion and tomato. The flavor of the meat comes out in each bite.

I wish there was a lunch meat that had the same flavor and consistency of the pork. I can't wait until lunch time.
