So, while waiting at Nick's for our subs, I saw this Lemon Marscapone cake in the cooler. I haven't had it in forever, and it's a sentimental favorite. It's also to-die-for!

And medicinal-it's good for the soul. I'll just walk it off tomorrow.

It was really good, too. Taters were crispy outside, puffy inside. The tenderloin has to be the most tender tenderloin ever. And always better grilled outside.

Meatloaf, roasted new potatoes (red & yellow) and steamed, seasoned broccoli.

Meatloaf came out awesome tonight!
