Wow. Most of the people that responded to you have men and are pretty happy. I guess you don't know anyone on here in real life. Funny thing is, nobody wants to know you either.

Sure, you are entitled to your opinion. Since I was the individual that posted about the vaccinations, let's discuss that. What is your opinion on the necessity of yearly vaccinations for dogs and cats. On what information do you base your opinion?

The way I feel about shots has got nothing to do with somebody coming on here and get people upset and bashing the vet hospitals. I have dogs and I take the very best care of them. My vet gives me advice, based on his latest learning, and I make my own decisions. My comment was that if you can't afford what is best, don't overload your household. That is off the point. You all in these counties should be glad you have so many vets to choose from. Stop acting like spoiled little kids.

Two sides, huh? I'd be willing to bet this wouldn't be such an issue if the receptionist hadn't been a smartass. If she'd apologized (genuinely) that they really could not fit in the dog, and recommended another hospital, I'm sure it wouldn't have been such a problem.

Exactly. I didn't name the vet, it was guessed. I didn't say anything negative about the veterinary care - no complaints. My complaint was about the reception staff.

The thing is you will never know both sides, because, and I hate to dissapoint you, but I am not the receptionist. What I do know is that she isn't on here bashing the client. Ethics ethics ethics

Show me where I bashed a vet hospital. Are you directing your comments about "afford what is best, don't overload your household" to me? If you are, you have no clue what you are talking about.

So then fix it!! Don't give up a good thing because one person was unprofessional. Tell the doctor and be the bigger person. Don't get everybody riled, because I can tell you it will happen again. Somewhere, somebody will not let you have your way, and then you will be on here again whining.

Reading comprehension is your friend. I stated previously that I wrote directly to the doctor so that he may handle the situation.

I never expect to "have my way" anywhere, including Ourisman Chevrolet and Burger King. I am an extremely even handed person, fair to a fault. The lack of professionalism by the veterinary receptionist shocked me, that is all.
