now 10 and they are coming after us when sitting on the porch I assume they are just checking us out since it is now cool enough to sit on the porch in the morning that is.

Yes, it must be about time to migrate these suckers are the fattest hummingbirds I think I've ever seen .

Lots of flowers in front of the house they are fighting over, and the feeder outside the slider in the kitchen looks like the Battle of Britain. Had a damn squirrel up the pole trying to drink from it yesterday.

Don't think any of my neighbors are feeding them but I've seen three of them this week.

Which is two more than I've seen ever before.

Here in the new place on the N.C. coast I just got the hummingbird feeder up late last week. Seen one female, multiple times, since. It's been a learning process for all the birds since we got our feeders up and running, but they're finally showing up.

Recommended that you keep it up and refreshed until two weeks after last noticed activity. I'm down to a handful now, wife says we had more than 30 this year. All I know is I'm not reloading the feeders multiple times a day.

I saw very few this year in Garden City, SC. Just starting to get a couple females coming to the feeder. May be some that have already started migrating south on their way through.

We still have a few females visiting the feeders (and the few flowers the deer didn't eat) in Lusby.

I haven't seen them, but some are still here. Feeder is lower than it was a few days ago.
