I'm not, even though he was a complete idiot for posting it on FB. As I said in an earlier post, he's COUNTY and has a COUNTY lawyer. He'll walk away completely unscathed.

No doubt. St. Mary's is the catch and release King. If they are releasing the clowns they release now, this should be a slap on the wrist.

After a thorough investigation was conducted, the case was reviewed by State’s Attorney’s Office personnel. As a result, charges against Woodburn were applied for by Detective Corporal M. Boyer from the Criminal Investigations Division and a criminal summons was issued. On April 20, 2014, Woodburn was charged with Aggravated Cruelty to Animal, Animal Cruelty, and Reckless Endangerment.

This should make pit advocates and irresponsible pet owner advocates all warm and fuzzy.

I'm glad it's a dead dog and not a dead kid everyone is arguing over. If the shoe was reversed and the dog killed a kid at the daycare, you all would be out to hang the dog owner for repeating to let her dog run free. It's the dog owners fault the dog is dead, period. If it wasn't running loose, he would not have shot it.

I know first hand the damage a dog can cause to another animial/human. Why aren't the parents of the kids at the daycare concerned about their kids welfare with this dog running loose next to the daycare?

I've stated that. None of the parents seem concerned that the "daycare" provider allowed the dog on her property, deeming it her ####ing mascot. Nor were these parents concerned that the kids were outside in the rain crying on the mascot's grave that the "daycare" provider allowed to be placed in her "daycare" yard.

The parents would have thrown a clot if the dog had bitten one of them.

People are just stupid. And the one who started all the trouble with "justice for tank" getting people all rung up about him shooting the dog is a bit loco. Not a bit, but maybe a straight whack a doodle.

Have you talked to any of the parents or are you basing that off the FB postings?
