We voted today in Calvert.
Now, can all the signs littering the roadways come down? I don't remember there being this many. Ever.

I noticed that,too. A ton more signs than usual

There were a LOT more School Board candidates on the GOP side than I EVER remember. We ( a group I belong to) heavily canvassed to get more candidates since 2 years ago and it has paid off!

There are also more County Commissioner candidates this year, as far as I can tell!

Was the Ridge Firehouse location moved to Spring Ridge Cafeteria? According to that link - Spring Ridge MS is home to 2 voting locations - the cafeteria and gym. Hmmmm

Yes, it was. They had two precincts voting there.

On another note, I don't know if there is anything to it but, one of the workers there seemed to have a habit of giving people the wrong ballot. I, and a couple of others there who were registered Republican were originally given a ballot full of Democrats. Of course, we caught it and exchanged it for the correct one. I have to wonder how many people didn't catch it and just filled in the blanks. What effect would that have?

Why aren't we the people demanding better?! With the number of mail in votes we are allowing (I think I saw 4500 somewhere), we should not have to wait 10 days from election day for results!

Time to work hard for Cox unless we want Maryland to go full on Obama.

I was glad to see that O'Connor and his wife will have plenty of free time now.

No pollsters.....but Tommy McKay stopped me as I was coming out of PP Elementary and shook my hand, saying "Thank you". LOL...I voted for someone else. Sterling was manning a pop-up tent there too but I didn't take the time to stop and chat.

I declined McKays handshake, he didn't know what to do....
