Man knew of spread for the evening, and Valentine's gifts have always been exchanged between the two in the past.
Cheap bastage that's taking her for granted.
Guess it's safe to assume he didn't get dessert :killingme

I'm willing to bet this is nothing new for man and woman continues to put up with it and let him off the hook time and time again...:coffee:

I was thinking the same thing after I realized it wasn't a new realtionship.

A silver/gold heart necklace and a very endearing card, a stocking full of my favorite chocolates and some unmentionables for private use between the two.
Not good enough. Dump him. :boo:

Agreed ... but the matter isn't really settled until Larry chimes in with his thoughts. My money's on the fact he says it's rude. :snacks:
I ordered flowers from FTD on the 12th, with a delivery date of the 14th. I THOUGHT the premise behind FTD was to use a local florist to do the building and delivery of said bouquet, but now FTD uses DHL to deliver said flowers from FLORIDA!!

Needless to say her flowers didn't get here. FTD says because of the storm, but DHL says it was because they didn't get the flowers from FTD in FL until 10PM on the 14th.. making it a little rought for DHL to deliver on the 14th.

It is now the 20th and they are now birthday flowers (we hope) as they still haven't arrived.

Is it uncooth to put a receipt into an envelope and say Happy Valentines Sweety?

Did the man know the female was puttin' out a spread for him? Was it ever discussed or alluded to that there would be an exchange of gestures for V-Day? If not, he's off the hook; not everyone acknowledges the day. If there was, he's either lazy (for procrastinating), cheap, or both. Move on. :yay:

Problem solved. Next? :coffee:

Every year we discuss gifts or a jesture for V-Day. Every year she says not to get her anything, don't waste the money, made up holiday, etc. Every year I make sure she has something (P.J. Gram this year). I'd rather her be upset that I did get her something against her request that I don't, rather than her thinking, "Well he COULD have done SOMETHING to recognize the day, cheap bastage."

This guy is clueless....flush him.

Screw you all. I hate all holidays and birthdays. Get the kids a little something for Birthdays and Christmas and I am starting to give the parents 100$ bonds cause they have way to many toys now. All are over commercialize and a waste of money and time. You can call me cheap, a bum, or whatever you want, I got my gal nothing, I would have fixed a nice dinner but we both worked on a roast in the crock pot that morning. I did stay home with her all evening, I am never home.
