Even if Biden were still picked for VP and the incoming POTUS spot is empty, that would mean that Biden would assume the POTUS spot. Not quite. Biden would nominate a VP. That nomination would have to be confirmed by the Congress.

Are you saying there is no difference between HI long form BC and the one on the OB website, if so you are wrong. If you have a child born abroad and you are a US citizen, you can obtain a Certificate of live birth after the fact from the your state a legal residency if parents are both US citizens or one parent is a US citizen and you were born on US territory.

Come on. It is quite normal to have to produce documentation to prove you are eligible for a position whether it is a job as an engineer, teacher, or POTUS. If BO cannot produce a BC, then he cannot be POTUS despite the election. The SCOTUS has given him to 1 DEC 2008 to produce a certified birth certificate. That is something anyone has to do to get a passport.

Have you seen his passport? I don't think a sitting Senator has to produce a birth certificate to get a passport. It is assumed that he is a citizen. BO may be a citizen. The question is, is he a natural born citizen.

That's baloney. Just because you read it on a blog somewhere doesn't make it true... Actually, just because you read it on a blog somewhere most likely means it's false.

You cannot get yourself a BC that says you were born in Miami, FL when you were actually born in Barcelona, Spain. It doesn't matter where you were born, or if your parents are US citizens... If you weren't born in Miami, then FL records will NOT indicate such, and FL will NOT issue a certificate that says you were born in Miami. It's just that simple.
