More on that Birth Certificate thing...

I hope you have a sale on that bridge because obviously you are a prime candidate to buy mine. Anyone who believes a man would hide a birth certificate and then hire three teams of lawyers to keep anyone from looking at it , when all he has to do is show it ,has something to hide.
What "teams of lawyers"? In the Berg case, Obama is being represented by the Solicitor General of the United States.

This thread just doesn't want to go away...No matter what is so obvious to me and others, peeps like the Beav just want to continue to be blinded! It is so easy for OB to put a stop to this madness....:cds::dye:
But, I guess when you have something to hide,, nuff said.

Its only madness here on SOMD.com............. The rest of the world realizes that this is a non-story and have moved on...

I'm not the kook who's sitting here saying everything's a conspiracy and everyone's in on it.

Yes, I remember the 2000 election.

Is that what this is all about? You're all bitter because some kooks called your hero Bush a chimp and said he stole the election?

:cds:

I'm not bitter about anything.

As usual, you exaggerate everything, posting as you do in your juvenile manner.

I'm sure there are plenty of things I will be criticizing Obama for over the next 4 years so don't worry about that. Obama's already pissed off the left by showing bipartisanship and stepping in to allow Lieberman to keep his post.

People have perfect reason to dislike Bush. Now, I seem to recall a few times where I've stepped up and defended Bush. I seem to recall a few times where I've defended Palin and other righties in office. In actuallity, I am probably one of the most down the middle people on this forum.

Y'all are just overly bitter because Obama won the election. VERY BITTER.

You think the last 8 years have been great and 4 years of Obama will end us? If you believe that, meet me in Upper Marlboro, I have a bridge to sell. :killingme

Beaver Cleaver has been around here for how long? How can you be one of the most down the middle people around here?

Well, the same could be said about al Qaeda back in the 90s when they were inflicting their terror on Americans all over the world and the media and Clinton were more interested in how great the "Clinton Economy" was. Not until it hit us directly in the azz did we wake up.

The media has a keen way of making sure we only know what they want us to know; and that typically walks hand-in-hand with the liberal agenda.

Really? Moved on? People in Hawaii, Washington, California, Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, New York and Connecticut have filed suit on the matter. It seems that this is a little beyond SOMD.

Dr. Alan Keyes being the most prominent filer, Harvard PhD, Reagan's UN Ambassador, two-time Republican nominee for U.S. Senate, 1996 Republican primary Presidential Candidate, must be a whackjob too.

Anybody who can walk on water shouldnt have any trouble turning a COLB into a Birth Certificate.

Why does he have 3 teams of lawyers working while the answer is as simple as showing up with it in his hand?

I'm trying to figure out why he felt it was necessary to lock it up in a vault in HI. I mean I keep mine locked up in a fireproof safe, but I figure the WH would be about the safest place for it. You think?

Mine has the cute little foot prints on it. No wait. That's the "souvenir" birth certificate issued by the hospital at which I was born (signed, dated, embossed with a seal, etc) and was accepted and considered proof of my birth for about 45 years. When I moved back to the People's Republic of MD 3-1/2 yrs ago, I was informed by the nice [snort] lady behind the counter at the the MVA that it was not proof of anything. Really? So I told her, well, I used it to prove that I was born so I could get married - in the state of MD!

She told me I had to have a COLB issued by the Bureau of Vital Statistics in the state of my birth, which I had to apply for. Actually, since I had a DL in MD before, they used that, but before I told her I used to live here, she wasn't going to let me use the cute BC with the picture of the stork, the hospital, the seal and my foot prints for proof of anything.

Failed on the cuteness factor alone. Nice try. :lmao:

For my job I was required to show my 3 bc's and additional proof of citizenship. My issue is OB didn't even have these requirements to run for President. :cds:

... To date, no state or federal election official, nor any government authority, has verified that he ever established conclusively that he meets the eligibility standard under the Constitution...

A. Had he disclosed his vault copy in the Berg v. Obama lawsuit (which was the first lawsuit filed on the question of his eligibility to be President), and it was established he was born in Hawaii, that would have constituted res judicata, and acted to stop other similar lawsuits being filed. Without res judicata (meaning, the matter is adjudged and settled conclusively) he or government officials will need to defend other lawsuits, and valuable court resources will be expended...

Aren't those the answers to the two main arguments advanced here?
