I'm pretty sure that if you applied for a job and they wanted to see your birth certificate, e-mailing them a scanned and photo shopped .jpeg file would not be sufficient.

That is the point, if he showed it to the judge 1 time it would end it all. Now he is wasting the courts time and taxpayer funds by being forced to prove to the citizens he is really constitutionally qualified. Now he is wasting SCOTUS time.

You settle a claim once.
Any other claims for the same occurance are dismissed unless thepersons bring the suit can provide new evidence.

Perhaps someone could clarify - I was under the impression that his birth certificate has *never* been produced - only that Hawaii has issued a document claiming they've seen it.

That would be a correct impression, the only document released so far, to my knowledge, is the Certification Of Live Birth and not a birth certificate. Hawaii officials say they have the original on file, but they do not attest to where it indicates Obama was born or whether that certificate was obtained under Hawaii Revised Statute §338-17.8.

There has been no factual evidence of Obama's birth certificate presented anyplace. It's under seal in Hawaii. Therefore, unless & until Obama produces the vault copy - any internet reproduction could be a photoshop deal.

Berg's lawsuit has more legal standing than this one.

Berg's suit was dismissed because HE has no standing.

I think that's the whole point.
Nobody has willing to step up and say "lemme see some ID" and the American press failed in their job to investigate his bacground.
We knew more about some smuck that asked an awkward question then we do about the man who woulld be king.
