I think you WOULD be surprised, Dick, I bet you'd see a pretty random sampling of skin color when it comes to tickets & arrests. The cops I've met value their professionalism more than any personal prejudices. Yeah, they are human, they have prejudices just like all of us, but the vast majority don't use their job to put them in action.
I hate this kind of argument. If I disagree with Dickhead by saying that not all cops are bad, he'll argue that I said NO cops are bad, that I'm naive. Pretty pointless.
