PG County Officer Killer Found Dead in Jail Cell

"The family of Ronnie White is absolutely, unequivocally outraged, incensed and deeply saddened that the life of their loved one could be taken so cold[ly], so callously," Henry told reporters Tuesday.
As opposed to the warm friendly murder of officer Findley. :ohwell:

Nah they'll win, and justly so.

He was in Jail, in isolation. The information, as its presented, lends you to believe it was an inside job, either a Gaurd or a Gaurd let a fellow officer in.

I'm all for justice, but not Vigiliante Justice, this P.O.S. was in the care and custody of the legal system. at that point the Legal System should have handled, like it or not the P.O.S. was still Innocent until Proven Guilty, it looks as if an insider decided to override the Justice System.

:yeahthat: What really sucks the most is that now, there is zero focus on the slaughtered officer.

Granted he was in a cell by himself.. but I don't imagine that he was in the cell block by himself. There had to be other criminals within earshot of his cell, and as someone mentioned earlier, there is no way someone came into his cell and choked him to death without him putting up a fight.

That being said, if there was anything abnormal in the cell block.. cell door opens, closes.. fight.. scuffling.. choking noises.. and cop (correctional officer) walks out, don't you think a crminal would jump at the chance to tell someone about it?

Where are the rest of the junkies, car thieves and ho's that were locked up that night?

Maybe there is a way that Findley's family can sue White's family and anything they win from their suit will go to the officer's family.

The information on the news and radio today, was that he was killed, the Hospital claims the broken bones in his neck were not self inflicted.

Not saying he was a kid, but he was still due Justice, which he didnt recieve.

He had justice served several other times:

From NBC4.com
According to court records, White pleaded guilty to illegal possession of a firearm last year and to drug possession in another case. In 2006, he was charged with first-degree assault and armed robbery, but the case was dropped, records show. Last November, he was sentenced to more than six months in prison, but it's not clear when he was released.

It was unclear if White had an attorney, and family members could not be immediately located.

So the dead convict was denied a fair trial, yet you have already convicted a correctional officer if not all 7 of them.

I'm not a doctor, nor a medical examiner but i do know I don't know all the facts.

They're probably afraid to end up like this other POS did, dead.

I'm not upset that this cop killer will now never have the opportunity to commit any more crimes. That's clearly the life he was already living at a very young age. However, somebody in that detention center was really stupid in their actions. There's no way that they'll get away with this forever. Sooner, rather than later, they will be caught. I have no doubt that proper justice would have been served in this case, had it gone to trial. This was no loss to society, however, it was handled completely wrong.

IMO justice was served, just a little earlier than expected. Once found guilty in court and returned back to the Prison system, he would've been taken out in no time.

Keeping their mouths shut so they don't get choked to death.

I'm sure the press has the names of EVERYONE that was there, and being that not one of them supports the theory (lack of interviews in the newspaper supports the logic) of an officer killing the waste of oxygen leads me to believe that we need to wait for the rest of the story.

I can't imagine a convict would hesitate to nail a guard if they had a chance.. I mean "Snitches deserve Stitches" doesn't apply to law enforcement. And if given a chance in an interview with anyone from the press?? Hell, most of them would be making crap up hoping something sticks.

Would THIS face lie?
The key is "intent." You can kill someone accidentally...that's not murder..just homicide. Soooo...this guy was being restrained..they didn't mean to kill him..just subdue him..yeah, that's it.

Yeah, that's it....He was a big boy and he was hard to subdue...Had to use a little force...We didn't know he had a sore throat....Oops...Sorry man..Oh well, "Life's a bit(h, then you die"

You're sure that the press has talked to everyone that was there that night, how can you be sure?

I sure hope I'm not selected for the jury once the people who offed this pos are found and put on trial. How do you convict someone who did the same thing you'd want to do if you were in their shoes? The difference is, I wouldn't do it, I'd just want to.

Oh they wouldn't select you then. They :eyebrow:(White's attorney) will be looking for an OJ type jury.

My opinion, is based on how it was reported this morning (on the Radio, by the host) and i thought in this thread, the Medical Examiner is claiming the injuries occured AFTER his incararation.

I didn't read anything that factually stated that it happened after, it will be easy enough for them to know considering they found him within 15 mins.

Yeah, that would be an interesting jury selection. They should ask potential jurors if they subscribe to the somd.com forums. If so, we're automatically dismissed for being so insensitive and uncaring! :killingme
