I have one of my :diva: not likeing other outside dogs. People will be walking their dogs out front and she will take off after them. I work with her everyday on this issue. Now she is getting to a point where she will look at me like "can I"? While they walk by, I am going no..no..no. and she is learning. It's a long road, but its working. If you don't have the time to spend with them, you don't need a pet regardless the breed.
I now have a 3rd boxer 11 months old that I rescued. She eats my Grandsons crayons, I've caught her eating a pillow off the couch. You know what? If I don't want to take the time to teach her, then I don't need to own any pets. I've made the commitment and will take the time to teach her.

Sounds like they didn't have the time to work with PC.

Like Catt said. I love my boxers. :smoochy:

Ok I would like to point out two things here...

Mike you get the dog for protection, it protects the yard? So you give it up....I am sure that makes sense somewhere...
So, you have the dog for FOUR weeks and I will guess your wife figures out she can't handle the dog so you up and put him out....after FOUR weeks

They also go through seperation anxiety. Mine do when ever I go on travel. They don't eat for a few days because they are upset. Millertc has two small children, 3-4, and 5 other dogs. You can imagine what her house is like when mine come to stay. :jameo: She has never complained about them eating the other dogs or biting the kids.
