SMOW or Snow for 1/6?

We have about 1/2" in beautiful downtown Abell.

We had a small truck rolled through Sandgates, I could hear it kicking out salt, but the same. No plow deployed.

Snow is a little bit deeper out there now. Took the dog out and she romped around in the snow for a little bit. Now it’s time to settle down and dry off.

Seems to have stopped snowing for the moment. Plows have been thru 2-3 times overnight, so the driveway will be plugged. Unofficial glance out the window looks like 5" or so.

yep...we're getting sleet and freezing rain here on the island. Only accumulated about 3" of snow before this crap started.

Three dogs walked. The Keeshond Corgi mix wanted the full ten minute tour, the Chihuahua and Terrier mixes just out and in. I imagine the Beagle will want the whole 1/2 mile out and back. Sleeting here as well.

Stepped out to fill the bird feeder, heard a snowthrower in the distance. Too early, and the sleet crap makes it an undesirable task. Right now, a hot cup of smooth coffee and cartoons.
