Later, I will get the Kubota out and plow our parking areas and driveways and will probably plow our neighbor across the streets' driveway as well.Stepped out to fill the bird feeder, heard a snowthrower in the distance. Too early, and the sleet crap makes it an undesirable task. Right now, a hot cup of smooth coffee and cartoons.
Same. One set of neighbors are not capable right now of clearing, so I'll get that done. Been cutting their yard all summer. My other neighbor will use his snowthrower to get a couple others.Later, I will get the Kubota out and plow our parking areas and driveways and will probably plow our neighbor across the streets' driveway as well.
That's what sh.........We’re up to about 7 inches in Sandgates.
Please let us know when you get there safely.Against my better judgement, I went ahead and braved the elements on my commute to work. It was touch and go...
29* in Town Creek.Heather says the temp in Tall Timbers is 25, my outside thermometer says it's 35 deg.
Still think JB Weather, FOX 5 DC and the Weather Chanel are more accurate than Hyperlocal Weather app on Android?I haven't seen any weather sources saying that high of numbers. JB Weather, FOX 5 DC, the Weather Channel all seem to be in agreement with St. Mary's getting anywhere between 2in - 6in depending on which part of the county.
Seems like sleet is in the mix now. I can hear it hitting the windows.Looked like it had stopped, went out to start clearing. It's sleeting/raining now. Back inside for a while more.
Yeah, I was gonna do the same thing and clear my windshield. But I’d rather just let the sleet and ice stick to the top of the snow rather than my cleared off truck.Looked like it had stopped, went out to start clearing. It's sleeting/raining now. Back inside for a while more.
The event isn't over yet. When they report final totals of 12" tomorrow, I'll stand corrected. Right now, it's almost 6" at my place so a final total of 12" is possible. I will try the Hyperlocal app though. Never hurts to have an additional source.Still think JB Weather, FOX 5 DC and the Weather Chanel are more accurate than Hyperlocal Weather app on Android?
Yeah, right. Hyperlocal called this storm correctly 5 days ago. You go on and plan using your weather sources, I'll use mine.
"They report". Who dat? The sources who got the forecast wrong? Over 7" in LP City right now and heavy snow coming down again. The event isn't over yet.
