Heavy deadlifts can induce a Hershey squirt every now and then. The trick is to clench at the top. Lower slowly and under control to avoid one slipping past the goalie.

Does it drive you crazy...

when people don't re-rack their weights? Or put them all on one side of a rack and leave the other side empty? The second one is probably just me being OCD...

Also, weights...in or out?

I personally put the numbers in, or down so they are easier to grab off of the racks...

YESSSSS.. this annoys me to no end! I used to work at a gym and we had to go back and rack the weights, and organize them every half hour or so. People would literly, right in front of me, finish a set and just leave the bench and move on to something else.. not bothering to rack the weights.

For guys who are big enough to bench 6 plates... its not that hard to rack them when you are finished :doh:

Think of it as extra conditioning work. The worst is having to take them women's weights off the barbells! :lmao:

One thing I saw again today, talking on the cell phone while working out on the machine. I think this gal was on the elliptical. She could have gotten a better workout if she was off of the phone, her neck was all bent over...looked painful to me.

Girls that have to use the bathroom stalls to change really piss me off! Or use the shower area to change. Even when I was 9 months pregnant or right after I had the baby, I wasn't running to hide behind some door or curtain to change.

Get the F over it :smack: and just change your clothes. Other people need to actually use the shower or bathroom for its real purpose.

I agree. All women should change their clothes in the Men's lockerroom.

But please, come on, guys who wear matching shirts with their shorts to weight train in are SO GAY!!! :killingme

Guys who think they bench 225 and really only lower it 1-2 inches are fooling no one. Then proceed to not only do flat bench but incline, decline, HammerStrength, Seated Machine Press. Five total! I guess this was a warmup because the dumbbell flyes were next! Can you say OVERTRAINING? :whistle:

HAHA too funny! You said you go to World's in Ltown now right? That is where I joined not that long ago and people there are very interesting in their workout attire. The women are just as bad there. But there are a lot of "Pretty" boys there or guys that try to be pretty while working out. Thanks for the laugh!:lmao:
