Had he had a CCR I had damn near guarantee you he would have, LONG before the altercation blew up, gotten way from them because if there is one thing CCW holders DO, it's take extra steps to avoid altercations in the first place.

Hey, everyone I know with a permit is extra cautious. Facts and anecdotal evidence bear that out. CCW permit holders are rarely involved in incidents investigations show they could have avoided.

At least my prediction is supported by the facts that the bikers immediately started beating on his vehicle when he stopped after the brake check, AND they chased him, slashed his tires, broke his window and beat him nearly to death when he tried to get away.

Yep, let’s stop after he "bumped" one of the biker, all they will do is beat him, rape his wife and who knows what to the kid.

The bikers made their intentions very clear when they rushed his vehicle and started beating it and opening the door when he did stop the first time, guess he should have just stayed and let them finish what they started.

actually, half of that happened prior to the RR fleeing and running over the guy, you know, when he had just stopped to excahnge info with the other party in the brake check. thats when the bikers intitially started beating on his car.

I've been saying from word one that RR man should have gotten himself and his wife and his kids away from them. Some folks argued that he didn't have time or opportunity, a plausible assertion. However, my Spidy senses detected that he could have gotten away early. That he had warning there were problems and that he chose to ignore that.

Seems I was right. However, what I may be wrong about is that he may have played an active part in this, something I have suspected and hinted at but, didn't push.

Ok, I read the 1st 9 pages and watched the video.

I have learned that bikers, ESPECIALLY azzhole bikers, are a protected class of people and that they have carte blanche over the roads. Therefore as I am merely a mundane cager I must therefore alter my driving style "slow my pace and allow them to pass" ~Larry Gude; whenever I am surrounded by a large group of them.
