So at what point does the little human inside of her have some rights? 2 seconds to birth, this thinking feeling being, who, if a criminal did it, would be charged with murder, gets killed.
This is NOT just about women doing what they want with their bodies, but also about the tiny helpless human bodies inside of them. Do you remember what Virginia tried to pass? That after birth, the small human could be allowed to "expire" by being denied care. Parse that out for me. A woman says "Doc, I dont want this kid", and they let it die, I assume through starvation, maybe they dont bother clearing the lungs so that little helpless human suffocates to death?
That's where most of us come in. There needs to a be a line, and "As long as the head hasn't breeched" is NOT where we are.
