I have mahi filets marinating and will turn them into fish sticks for dinner, probably with tots on the side.

Aldi had some nice looking bacon-wrapped filets, and not expensive at all. Was nearly done searing them on the grill, and ran out of propane. didn't feel like changing the tank, so finished them on a hot griddle in butter. Very tasty.

Pesto pizza made with recently harvested basil from the porch. The rest of the pesto will go in small batches for the freezer.
