Put a chuck roast in the crockpot yesterday with carrots, onions and beef stock. Made mashed potatoes, peas and biscuits to go with it and sop up all that gravy. Leftovers today.

I’ll usually end up getting three appetizers instead of an entree.I like buffets because it feeds my need to have a bite of everything. Menus drive me crazy and a lot of times I'll give the server several choices and tell them to bring me the one they think is best.

Enjoy!!! Ours was delicious, finished the leftovers last night.Since I saw this post I've been obsessed with crock pot roast, so I got the stuff yesterday and it's in the pot right now.
Sounds like that recipe and a food truck and you got the start of $1 million business.Attempted pancakes. Added too much liquid to the mix, so wound up with ugly little crepes. Rolled them up with crispy bacon and dipped them in syrup. I may have something here......
