Wife said afterwards she would have used tomato PASTE instead of the ketchup in the recipe.

I finally caught a legal sized red drum while fishing for perch. It was an epic fight on 4lb test and an ultralite rod. Took about 15 mins before he threw in the towel and I simply picked him up out of the water with my free hand.

I'm going to attempt blackened red fish for supper tonight using Paul Prudhomme's recipe.

LOL. No, it was an old feller that lived on St. Patrick's Creek in 7D that taught me how to make (and cook) crab cakes. He passed on in the late 80s if I recall correctly.

The girl is in Vegas , So I took the kid up to Marion last night and we had dinner at The Tomahawk on the north end of Marion.
Its about the 6th time I have eaten dinner there, money well spent.
