I'm thinking either crabcakes with creamy lemon spaghetti, or a cheeseburger wrap with a green salad. It depends on how motivated I am come dinner time.

It's not going to be sardines, I can tell you that much.

Thats what I made, only with noodles and broccoli mixed in. Mine's nor real stroganoff since hubby won't touch anything with mushrooms, so no mushroom. Beef Stroganoffish.

My husband is returning from a trip tonight and he will come home to a tender pot roast in the crock pot. Fresh spuds, carrots, a can of stewed tomatoes and frozen baby lima beans, corn and peas. i I use Lipton soup mix and spicy V-8.
YUM!

Yesterday's cheeseburger wrap was so delicious I'm going to have it again today. Plus I have salad fixees I need to get off of.

Finishing off the BBQ chicken tonight (I still cook for a family of four even though its just me and hubs). Tomorrow we're doing hamburger steaks with onions and mushrooms in gravy over wide egg noodles, biscuits and some kind of veggie. That will last us two days. Friday...I dont cook on Friday!
