I'm having a baked potato covered in brisket and BBQ sauce.

Modified my recipe for smoked chicken, did a bunch of thighs. Really good. Vacuum sealed the leftovers and put them in the freezer for the next experiment.

Mrs. Moo’s is an ice cream (and milkshake/treat) stand off of rte 231 in PFred at Spider Hall Farm. The pic I posted on FB was their special extreme milkshake this week. I won’t need ice cream again for quite some time.

I worked at the Marketplace today and the husband cut up wood and picked up more. We will split it tomorrow. We are both starving
