Will they go to heaven?

According to societies perception :yay: What if a "demon" looks nothing like that?

My point was if he is an atheist then he therefore does not believe in God. If he does not believe in God then you can not believe the devil is real. You can not have one without the other. Therefore why would you use a symbol of something that you do not believe in?

Christians tells us that without their religion, all of us are doomed without hope. They try to convince us of the dilemma they have created for us (the amazon guy now knows about jesus), then try to convince us that they alone have the remedy (accept him and you will get to heaven). Christianity cuts you and then tries to sell you a Band-Aid.

I did not create the dilemma for you. That was done by yourself alone when you sinned. Humans are born into sin and yet it is possible to live a sinless life. When you decided to go something that was wrong and therefore sinned you created the dilemma for yourself the same as everyone else has. Whether you decide to accept the gift that was given to you is your decision and yours alone.

Its an avatar, he explained why he liked it

:nono: Christians are born into Sin.

Amazon boy, whos people had no knowledge of YOUR Society or Culture's version of Sins (or Deity) were not. (See Radiant1 and This_Persons post as to why)

That is fine I was not gonna say anything about the avatar. That statement was directed at Johnny. I was stating what my point about the avatar was not what Johnny said about what if that is not what a demon looks like. I just wanted to make clear that was not my intention with asking that question. Otherwise I would not have said anything.

I am sorry that I do not agree with Radiant1 and This_persons. That is one of the reasons that religion is hard is because everyone can interpret the Bible differently. But then again I do not believe that before Jesus was born people that died just had to wait around who knows where so that Jesus could die and they make it to Heaven. That is why I do not agree with religion instead I believe in God and the Bible. I attend Church so that I may hear the preaching of God. :huggy:

Why do you think the bible is interpreted differently by different people? This is the blueprint to our salvation - shouldn't it be crystal clear?

I do not know why it is interpreted differently by different people. Once again I am not in a place to question it. Part of the Bible gives the blueprint for salvation. I believe that part is made clear. By most peoples standards that follow the King James Version Bible salvation is through Jesus Christ.

Jungle man can possibly go to heaven if he lives by the basic moral law written in every man's heart without fail. However, nobody can go to heaven if it were not for the merits of Jesus Christ to open the door to begin with ("door" being an analogy).
Maybe it's not just analogy, maybe he built the door. He was a carpenter, right?
I concur with Radient 1. The natural law has been written on our hearts by virtue of the fact that we have all been made in the image and likeness of God.
God's likeness? A Christian on another thread claims that "these folks still have scabs on their ass where tails used to be." Definitely a different level of heaven than the country-club WASPs will be going to.

Here's my 2 cents, wx (your avatar -- are you one of them Beelzebubbas?).
The fact that this tribe survived indicates they have some cultural mores that enabled them to keep on going in harmony with their surroundings (don't eat the seed-corn, don't take more than you need for your people to survive). The fact that they are human means they likely developed a religion to explain the world around them and life as they know it (don't kill each other, be respectful of the gods that provide your sustenance). The probably believe that their ancestors went to the spirit world when they died; they probably believe that each of them will go to the same place as long as they don't screw up the things that have kept the tribe going for however-many generations. That would be their "heaven."
Now maybe anthropologists will come to study them and introduce Mountain Dew & Pringles, maybe some do-gooder missionaries will come to introduce them to the Baby Jesus and convert them to the One True Faith. In either case, they'll probably be effed.

Where do you get your ideas of Christianity from?

No, Christianity does not cut you. Nor does it say all of us are doomed.

It says "here's the way, now you know, now you have to make your choice to believe and accept that - or not. Your choice (you have free will, after all)." We believe if you know and choose not to accept, you have made a bad choice. Those of us who know and believe are not doomed.

Instead of thinking of it as a cut, then the offer of a band-aid think of it as a lesson in preventative medicine. We tell you how NOT to get cut, offer up all the WebMD info you need to keep yourself from getting hurt, then leave it up to you to follow the advice - or not.

How did a tribe in the amazon turn into a religious debate?????

They are there and they looked healthy from the pics......so hopefully man in his wisdom to bring them into the 21 century will actually instead leave them alone.

Doesn't the bible say that in the end times, all will hear....

Doesn't the bible say that even the rocks will cry out his name....

As I read it.... everyone... every single person will be given a chance to come to the Lord.... There are some who just won't....

Even after the Christians are called up.... then the 100.000 will be here to share the gospel.... and get people to repent.... the population will be thinner and more people will hear because they will be seeking.... some of those will even refuse.... but most give their lives to Christ....

I'm not sure how God will do it.... but I know the God who made heaven and earth... God of my Salvation... can do anything....

see, although I have faith and believe In Jesus Christ, and hope that I get to go to heaven when I move on, I have certain issues with the bible.

I question this in the end times thing. Does this mean in the end times of each persons life? or does it mean the end of times as in the end of all times. everyone dies?
if it is the second of the two, am I to believe that my soul will float around for billions of years until its time to be judged?

what about the caveman? is he going to get his chance too?

at any rate, I have always believed Gods word, and have had faith that with my acceptance of Jesus Christ as my Saviour, I have a fair chance of making it even though as a Christian I basically suck.
still, I have to wonder, is it possible that while the bible was being written, various people in government saw the power that Gods word had over people and decided to add a few laws and judgments of their own in an attempt to control the population?

Those that completely refuse to question that possibility, or even discuss it might be the ones that the governments knew they could control.

Oh well, I guess Im going to hell after all for questioning the motive behind certain things said in the Bible. Like, When the masses were told to give unto Ceaser,

I SAID IT YES I DID !
'Uncontacted tribe' sighted in Amazon - CNN.com

Researchers have produced aerial photos of jungle dwellers who they say are among the few remaining peoples on Earth who have had no contact with the outside world.

So have at it, theists - these folks have never heard of Jesus. How will they get into heaven?

The thing about GOD and his son Jesus is he can touch them and they don't have to know about him they can feel his spirt within their sole. That's Real Power from the holy ghost!
