This would suggest to me that he had been or is on the way to, hunting.. Hunters normally carry a weapon of some type.. rifle, shotgun, bow.. AND since the democrats haven't had their way YET, it's not illegal to be a hunter.

What nuisance or disturbance? The deer was dead so it wasn't yelling and screaming or pleading for it's life, I doubt the hunter was yelling or screaming

What he was doing was in bad taste, but yet again, that's not illegal either.. or half of the fat broads in Wal-Mart would be in jail..

What is wrong with having a rifle in your possession? It is hunting season after all. What do you think they shoot deer with, sling shots? And where exactly are you supposed to put your deer into your vehicle if not on a road? This is all about perception. Try to see this from a different one. Something disgusting would be throwing your kids dirty diapers in the parking lot at Walmart or dumping your ashtray at the stoplight.

Nothing wrong with a rifle in your possession - AT ALL! And perception is it - on the nose! The picture painted, as we've all discussed, has indicated that the action taken place may have not been inappropriate, but WHERE it took place deemed it so. Like so many things. Things you've just written. Throwing away dirty diapers is not inappropriate - throwing them away in a public parking lot is. Throwing them away in a public parking lot in with additional non-grooving factors - like booze bottles on the ground - it's legal to drink- just not while driving

** SO- the guy hacking the deer head had a Neon - if he WERE hunting - he couldn't carry a carcass in it - therefore SHOULD he have a gun????

wouldn't that cause additional concern?
