Is that true history, or something you got from Indiana Jones? Because Indiana Jones does explain why the Nazis wanted the Ark - because it was supposed to protect the army that possessed it and make them strong in battle.itsbob said:Like the Arc of the Convenant etc?
Check the QUOTES.. he did EXACTLY THAT!!!vraiblonde said:The Nazis were a political party. Made up of predominantly Christians, more than likely, but religion had no bearing on their actions. Hitler didn't say "We do this in the name of God."
WRONG! I have read it ... granted, it's been years since I was active in any sort of bible study, but nevertheless, you are incorrect.vraiblonde said:Uh huh.
You could add more to the conversation if you had ever actually read the Bible and were familiar with it. And don't say you have, because you wouldn't ask so many stupid questions and say so many ignorant things if you had.
And I'm glad I'm not a Christian because I can say whatever I want without the likes of you pouncing on me and going, "Uh uh uh! Not very Christian-like of you "
That's pretty evilSamSpade said:And Germans are ---- David Hasselhoff fans!
I knew you were going to say that.crabcake said:WRONG! I have read it ...
So now you're saying you are all-knowing, huh?vraiblonde said:I knew you were going to say that.

"Oh, the Protestants hate the Catholicsitsbob said:Jewish hatred did not spring from Hitler, it came from the preaching of Catholic priests and Protestant ministers throughout Germany for hundreds of years.

Not surprising. I'm not one that believes in complete inerrancy of the Bible; it does have errors, but they're not significant to the message that I believe IS relevant.HollowSoul said:not that i'm siding with anyone here
but just for giggles i did a google search for " Bible contradictions"
and this page popped up
talk about a lack of originality
Why not? If it's so chock full of contradictions, you should be able to find your own. Do you think you've found THE ONE exhaustive list? Quite honestly, there's a few inconsistencies *I* know of that AREN'T on that list - but they kind of involve Greek grammar and archaeology and genealogy. And a little history. But that's because I've read the thing.slotted said:
Why would I want to write another list of biblical contradictions if there is already one written?

I think she's implying that she has formed an opinion of you based upon others opinions and thereby, no matter what is said, done, or proven, you will always be on her shiyat list. But it doesn't matter, does it? The only opinions that matter should be yours and the ones you love.crabcake said:I really have no clue WTH you are talking about. I don't much care either, though.
That's right, Crab. Listen to your friend. You shouldn't care what I say at all. You should just zen right past me. In fact, you should put me on Ignore.migtig said:The only opinions that matter should be yours and the ones you love.
