I was making a point that we all have opinions and get riled up about issues. A forum is all about that. No one is special in that respect. Whether it be admin or members. That's all. Just a general comment.
As far as this dog killing, I honestly don't know what to think. I haven't commented on this thread until now. From all I have read on this forum, and in the news, the shooter was staying as a guest on the property, so I don't get why he took the actions that he did. I guess it will be sorted out in court, or not.

We got our 3 yo pitt from a rescue. I was hesitant at first because of all the stories ect. We took her home and she is the biggest baby in the world! I can't imagine life without her. She is always by my side. There was no reason for him to kill Tank. Just for the fact alone he shot the dog and when it was trying to get away he brought it back to his property and killed it. I hope that this POS is prosecuted to the FULLEST extent of the law. His probation should be revoked and he should never be able to own a pet or a gun. There's a special place in hell for people like him. Just my 2 cents.

He is already a felon. So he wasn't even suppose to have the gun. I swear if this wasn't a pitbull it would have taken a huge turn. But because it was people don't care As much. You never see the media report good stories about pitbulls because no one would be Interested. You almost all the time hear about when a lab or retriever save the family from a burning fire.
