Regardless, we are talking about southern maryland, they do not take this stuff seriously AT ALL, and dude will be out in a matter of weeks..........that's southern maryland for you.....

You're right! the pharmacist should've seen the case of 10oz in his arms when he filled the prescription and known better! His mommy should sue the pharmacist!!!

WRONG, It is not the pharmacist fault; it is the pharmaceutical companies fault for making the drugs. So after 50 years worth of appeals and MILLIONS of taxpayers dollars pissed away 75% of our women are still battered.nomoney said:

In none of my posts did I try to imply that he was not accountable, just it was not intentional to hurt someone. Thanks for the input.

Look I am not sure why you feel the need to try and belittle him, or make assumptions but I can say this. He never denied that he made the mistake of mixing the alcohol or meds. And NO he did not have any priors, and I am not just taking that based on what I know about my brother but the attorney we now have confirmed this and is no working with the States Attorney. I am so sorry that you feel the need to try and post only negative comments or comments based on speculation.
As far as trying to pinpoint the blame on someone the only blame falls on my brother. To make such an immature and childish comment was simply uncalled for. Especially since I have been nothing more than respectful to you and to everyone else. I am so glad that you and a few others have decided to make fun of a situation that has impacted our family. It must make you feel so much better about yourself. Thanks again for taking time out of your busy day to provide the input that you have.

What is wrong with you? Do you have nothing better to do with your time then come into these forums and try to hurt people? What a waste of time. Our father just passed away, if you had bother to have read the other posts but for some reason I don’t that that is the case here. You and a few others have nothing better to do than troll forums and post hateful and immature things about people. You must be so proud of yourself. It must be so great being perfect. Those posts are not only immature but simply uncalled for, what exactly were you trying to accomplish by such behavior? No never mind answering that because even though I am new to these forums, I am not going to let the actions of a few bad people spoil from the benefits of having an opportunity to meet and speak with those in our community that are civil, mature and have something worth saying.
