Ugh...GACK. They just emailed me that she'll need to continue the prednisone for several months. :ohwell: she's just now starting to need to pee literally every 2 hours, all. night. long. OR she will pee in her sleep which is awesome for my bed. :ohwell:

My very spoiled baby the other morning (5 am) jumped in the bed because of a thunder storm. he is about as graceful as a bull in a china shop when jumping on my bed. Big baby.

Well. It's all done. What has been months for us(since March 9) . I can honestly say there is nothing else we could have done. The Oncology Service seems very certain the tumor has shrank and will continue for 1-6 months. They told us we can back down the doses of prednisone since she was peeing and having to go out so much (3-4 times overnight or worse, in the bed).

They gave her a very personal going away present "RT loves Molly". (Radiation technicians).

So, the option is for a CT scan is for three months but I think we will pass. I do t think we even would want to know if it didn't shrink that much or God forbid was regrowing.

I also just realized I've not gotten my t-shirts back, I slept in a t-shirt each night and made sure it went with her to her treatments every day. NO WONDER I was reaching into my husbands closet.... I'm missing 18 t-shirts!!! :lmao: guess I'll be emailing them to pickthem up in 2 weeks :lmao:

Don't go off that picture. Depending on when and where I snap pics of my dogs, they get the exact same empty halo in their eyes as well. I did have a setting for animals on my phone camera, and then I got an update and seemed to have lost that setting. I just tagged you on FB.

You're right. She has a follow up next week :yay:

But she has been doing really good around the house and I was hopeful, then she ran right into a wall this a.m. :ohwell:

You can sure tell that their favorite place to be is in Momma's bed. The second picture is adorable, and if I had to make a title for that picture, it would be titled "Head Lights". That is such a SWEET picture.

How is your girl doing?

She's doing really good I think. she had her follow up last Thursday and the oncologist said it's all good. She still has no vision, but I think she's adapting great. We've started putting her out on our deck now when it's not too hot so she's getting outside now. The prednisone is still making us crazy having to take her outside about 3 times overnight, EVERY night !!

So glad to hear Molly is doing good!! Sounds like her quality of life is good, despite having not sight. Sorry about the overnite pee trips though. LOL.
