LAST I saw - there were three outlets, middle one a Chipotle, the other two on either side unnamed, and an unammed "box store" between those three and the movie theater.
Until I see walls going up - like there finally is NOW - I never believe them.
The building frame of a smaller building is up now, in the island surrounded by asphalt. Pretty sure they can't fit a Royal Farms in there, now.

So, a lot of building proposals with no confirmed tenants.
I see lots of low income housing in those back buildings.
Better get your name on the waiting list...they'll sell out fast.

Who says they are low income? Several of the newer apartment complexes have been on the pricier side (Abberly Crest, Hamptons at Leonardtown, etc.)
Because there is not enough "affordable" housing in the county.
