Well what is your suggestion Rick? How do we fix this percieved problem by you? You don't want us to conduct traffic enforcement. You don't believe we conduct criminal enforcement although the record would reflect differently! You want us to arrest drunken drivers, but not the one's which are friends of yours. What productive suggestion do you have for us which would enhance our abilities to enforce the law here in St. Mary's County?

I could tell you exactly what color the cars were! There was a white older model town car parked next to the first set of apartments to the right of the rental office. At the first room behind and to the right of the rental office there was a black pick up truck. There was a two tone station wagon parked in front of the front apartments. Where were you Rick?
