Yep that is still lacking context and information

the news report says they were walking, the follow up posted say some unconfirmed other things like driving - so the walking bit all seems like a photo op that went wrong

  1. why did they stop
  2. were they harassing locals
  3. why is Nitty looking for his gun

Rioters Attack Elderly Man Who Tried To Stop Store From Burning Down During Black Lives Matter Riots

An elderly man was brutally attacked during a Black Lives Matter riot last night in Kenosha, Wisconsin, after he tried to stop a mattress store from being burned to the ground.

“The man in his 70s was hurt while trying to stop people from burning the building down, but fire leveled the building and the longtime owners are angry and emotional,” FOX6 News reported. “The man being attacked was caught on camera. FOX6 News reached out to Kenosha police for information on arrests and the investigation, but haven’t heard back.”

Pamela Moniz and her husband, Keith McCoy, told Fox 6 News that the man was “trying to chase them off with a fire extinguisher.”

“They broke his jaw,” she said. “Lacerations to his head. I can’t wrap my head around the scene right now. I don’t think anyone from Kenosha was responsible for this.”

BREAKING: Two Dead in Multiple Overnight Shootings Amid Kenosha Antifa and BLM Riots

Shots could be heard ringing out shortly after midnight local time.

Drew Hernandez captured the video of the aftermath of the shooting.

Antifa and BLM comrades tended to the man who had been shot, yelling, “Call the police, call the police!” <--- Irony at it's finest

The riots are anti-police and the groups involved have been calling for abolishing the police.

Ok, my biggest question is this:
Why aren't police and National Guard doing these shootings of looters? Like the ones used to stop the Watts riot?
Why do we, normal peaceful civilians, have to elevate to that level?

Again, this is part of our social construct -- we pay our LEOs to disperse justice and occasional violence when needed.
This construct is breaking, right before our eyes.

The guy that was shot in the arm had most of the upper portion, including biceps, blown clean off. Being stupid can really hurt.

Pete Buttigieg blames Trump for violent rioting in Democrat-controlled cities, states

“The simple reality is that we are seeing more and more chaos and violence under the Trump presidency, and there’s no reason to expect that it would get any different or any better if he were reelected,” Mr. Buttigieg told Fox News anchor Bret Baier.

National Democrats have largely avoided commenting on the arson, looting, window-breaking and assaults plaguing major U.S. cities, including Chicago, Minneapolis, Seattle and Portland, Oregon, all of which are controlled by Democratic mayors in states led by Democratic governors.

The Democrats Are Whitewashing Leftist Violence

The trouble with Biden’s contention, and the thrust of the CNN article, is that the former vice president blamed Donald Trump, “white nationalists” and “white supremacists,” not Antifa or Black Lives Matter, which have perpetrated most of the carnage we see in American cities. I’m sorry, it’s leftists who are chanting “death to America” in Oakland, not MAGA-hatted shock troops.

Moreover, Trump and Republicans have been condemning violence for months. They were pilloried for it. It wasn’t that long ago that Senator Tom Cotton wrote an op-ed in the New York Times suggesting Trump send National Guard troops to quell riots. The entire condemnation of Cotton was predicated on the notion that he wanted to deploy the military to crush peaceful “protesters.”

Perhaps the reality of the situation escaped the attention of many media figures who for months were diligently downplaying the existence of the looting, rioting, arson, statue-toppling, and murder. Perhaps these reporters and pundits fooled themselves into believing that Marxist Antifa “protesters” were really akin to the G.I.s landing in Normandy to stop the Nazis.

When a Killing Becomes a Rorschach Test: Dispatch From Portland

Which raises the question: What counts as being on someone's side? The shooter, Michael Reinoehl, was a 48-year-old with a troubled past and a police record who in the spring locked in on Black Lives Matter (BLM) as a place he might find purchase. In a post on his Instagram account, he wrote: "Every Revolution needs people that are willing and ready to fight…I am 100% ANTIFA all the way! I am willing to fight for my brothers and sisters!…#Antifa #blaklivesmatter [sic] #****thepolice"

In July, Reinoehl was filmed saying he'd been shot while protecting BLM protesters; also, that he'd brought along his young daughter (seen eating from a takeout container in the front seat of a car) because "I'm trying to give her an education…she's going to be contributing to running this new country that we're fighting for."

Whether Reinoehl thought he would be seen as a hero, or had hate in his heart, or something else entirely may be determined later. What we can know today is that his actions are a symptom of what happens when a movement gets such a glow that it attracts people ready to take things to the next level. For most people, fatal violence causes an instinct to recoil, to take a step back and reconsider. But not for everyone. The night after Danielson's murder, activists again tried to burn a police station. The night after that, they were back at Mayor Ted Wheeler's apartment building, setting fires. That things will get worse before they get better seems inevitable; a movement that justifies intimidation and violence moves in only one direction, and anyone who says they did not see this coming to the streets of Portland has not been paying attention.

No worries about the lack of media referring to the riots as peaceful ot ignoring nthem totally.
There will be plenty of reporting on them when Trump sends in tha Army to stop it.
He will get crucified.

Far-Left Black Lives Matter Storms Rochester, People Climb On Homes, Trash Businesses

Far-left Black Lives Matter activists stormed Rochester, New York, on Friday night, climbing on people’s homes in residential neighborhoods and trashing businesses.

Human Events Managing Editor Ian Miles Cheong tweeted out a video purportedly taken from the scene, writing: “Black Lives Matter activists are now climbing onto people’s homes in Rochester.”

Others videos showed people being harassed, businesses being trashed, and property being destroyed.

President Donald Trump retweeted one of the videos where someone had commented, “‘Thank you’ – Trump campaign ad team.’
