Report: Record 14.45M illegal immigrants in US, cost $133.7B
The report shared with Secrets Wednesday said that the population of illegal immigrants increased from 14.3 million last year as many crossed the border expecting to be protected by the Biden plan and others remained after their visas expired.
In its latest tally, the Federation for American Immigration Reform also estimated that the cost of this population to taxpayers is $133.7 billion, up nearly $2 billion from last year.
The states with the highest population of illegal immigrants are California, Texas, Florida, and New York.

I never get why people who insist on this kind of crap - I mean, maybe they've never travelled anywhere? Try crossing into just about any nation without a visa or passport or anything. If you're lucky they'll just send you back - but more than likely they'll slap your ass in jail until they figure out WHEN to deport you.

An axiom is a basic truth or fact that isn't proven - it is so self-evident, we simply accept it as true and build on that.
And one of them is, it's different when it happens to YOU - or, oppositely said, it's different when it happens to someone ELSE.
These folks love to virtue signal their generosity and desire for racial and economic equality - and SNEER at the southern regions for the fact they don't want illegal immigrants all over their towns, calling them bigots, racists and that they all hate "brown people".
The border areas tell them that's bullchit - they just CAN'T HANDLE THE VOLUME of people swarming in and crushing their infrastructure. Funny, that's EXACTLY what these cities are saying - with a tiny, tiny fraction of the volume of people.
These little liberal bastions got a TINY taste of what these regions they ridicule get EVERY SINGLE DAY - and they can't stand it.
It's not to stick it to them - it's to get their attention. It's working. It's also exposing their hypocrisy. They love illegal immigrants - so long as they're way down THERE.
