"Human trafficking" is a bit of an overstatement. In fact, that's not what is going on at all. Not that any of the ignorati here understand either, they just get randy when they think they "owned a lib".
These folks being bused/flown are *legal migrants*. The particular status of these folks allows them legal presence in these United States while their cases are sorted. As such, they are afforded freedom of movement, just as we all understand it - free to travel across state lines freely. Put another way, they are on these buses and planes voluntarily, since they do have the right to refuse.
Now, the other status - illegal immigrant - they would be absolutely not legal to move against their will in this fashion. These are the folks who do not arrive through the normal "refugee" regime, they are the fence jumpers. Few will care to understand this nuance, but you should try.
That is an overstatement as well. Those migrants being paroled do not have a legal status as they technically have not been admitted. DHS has overstepped its authority granted by the INA by making blanket paroles versus the required case by case basis the law requires.
