Tortured Iraqis

 Vrai, there is some idiot "embedded" with the Iraqi resistance forces in Fallujah(sp?), how else are we getting those pictures of rabid ragheads with red and white shawls or turbins wrapped around their heads, running around with AK-47s?

I just checked out John Gibson on Fox News, and he was interviewing a law enforcement advisor out in Arizona; he was saying the worst thing about the whole affair was that pictures were taken, and that should never have happened.

As the station broke for a commercial, an e-mail flashed on the screen from some guy in Carson City, Nev., the fact that the pictures didn't bother him a bit - what he wanted to know was why we were taking prisoners in the first place?

His question made me think about it for a few moments.......yeah, why are we?

Ask Larry - he's the "we're better than that" guy. I don't understand it either. What are we gonna do when it's time to un-POW them? Just cut them loose into the general population? Keep them in prison for the rest of their lives?

What do you do with suicide bombers and people who would burn another human being and drag his body through the streets?

Let's see...prisoners...hmm...

PERHAPS IT'S TO GET THE INFORMATION FROM THEM THAT THEY WERE BEING TORTURED FOR???

Supply locations.

Transit routes. Timing. Ambush locations.

Command and control information.

Correct me if I'm wrong...

...but aren't you essentially...

What do you do with suicide bombers and people who would burn another human being and drag his body through the streets?

...advocating the same?

In the land of 'eye for an eye' everyone is blind which is one of the central problems in Iraq.

You're wrong and I'm happy to correct you. Please show me where I've advocated burning people alive, dismembering them and dragging their charred corpses down a street?

I don't think stripping combatants and humiliating them is quite the same thing. But I could be wrong. One of the things the press stressed was that an Arab slur was written on one of the prisoners' skin. :bawl: What torture!!!

One of the things that I heard...

I heard that one of the reasons this 'torture' was so brutal, inhumane and downright naughty was because these POW's were made to feel like....

... wait for it...

WOMEN!

 :yikes: :twitch: :shocking:

This, ladies and germs, is humiliating and dehumanizing enough that it is considered torture. Almost as if being made to feel like a woman is reducing someone to a subhuman.

QED: Women are subhuman in the minds of these men.

Now, explain the logic to NOW or another militant feminist organization, and then release them into that country. The scissors would come out immediately, and balls would go flying within minutes.

 Wait a minute.....if these guys are in our custody, and we've gotten everything we can or cannot get from these guys, and we have reason to believe they are responsible for attacks on our troops, isn't it still legal to shoot enemy prisoners who attempt to escape their captors?

If you do that, then word gets out and you can guarantee the combatants will make double sure they're not taken alive. But I admit I don't know a whole lot about warfare so I just leave it to the experts.

I'd read that somewhere too, Tox, but it didn't hit me.

This is how they treat THEIR women, which is why they consider what they're receiving "being treated like a woman". And this also explains why the women in the pics seem to be taking such delight in tormenting these guys.

It's all coming together now....shoe's on the other foot.

I've seen where you advocate nuking them, which does all the above at the same time right before they are vaporized and the remains encased in glass.

Those comments are rare from me and you know it. I'm typically the one saying the Iraqis have had enough ugliness and deserve to live as free people. Or do you just skim over those posts?

Hey lighten up wannabe holder of the button. I didn't say right or wrong or any such thing just stating the fact that you have endorsed the ultimate fry for many in that region.

Hell, this is one time when I think that we should give as we have gotten and say to hell with what anyone else thinks and damn the Geneva Convention. The wackos in Fallujah aren't acting as soldiers but criminals and a little humiliation is deserving when you look at what they have done to ours.

So pop another Midol and relax with another brewski as I am on your side on this one.

Now that they got some media attention, watch for stories of POW abuse to get more prevalent and more sadistic. Soon they'll be saying that George Bush himself came to administer electric shock torture.

Oh it's already started. They're claiming we're raping their women and showing "unedited" footage on Islamic "news" websites. The "unedited footage" was taken from an American and a Bulgarian porn site, from movies called "Iraqi Babes and Sex in War". :duh:

Well, I'm sorry (not) but the only outrage I feel about this whole thing is toward US bawl babies and the media. I'm outraged at the retarded Iraqis bawling all over the news but what do you expect from those sneaky bastages.

Larry's been all over me about how "we're supposed to be better" and I'm like WE ARE BETTER! All we did was strip them down and humiliate them. They actually burnt our guys alive, mutilated their bodies and hung them over a bridge so they could enjoy the spectacle. Friggin' savages.

And now some folks who, as far as I'm concerned, didn't even do anything wrong will become criminals because those candy asses in the Pentagon, not to mention President WimpSh*t, want to get all touchy-feely. Maybe Bush should go on Oprah and talk about his "feelings" and recommend a good chick book.

Friggin' Neocons. :duh:

Anyone ever gone through a SERE school that wasn't stripped down and humiliated? That's how it was when I went through and there were females there then too.

I agree with you on this one. The problem is the liberal ass media. They need to STFU already. If they want to ##### about the way the military is handling its business I suggest they enlist and see if they can do a better job or STFU!
