Tell that to the family who got wiped out by the marines..Hey little girl, we killed your family but you are better off with us here..Give me a break.
After an attempt on saddam's life, he responded by killing innocent people to "make it safe" for him and his boys.
After our marine died, we responded by killing innocent people to "make it safe for our boys"
you be the judge. Normal americans do not kill innocent unarmed people. This puts us down to their level. Lets not forget one thing..We may not like the saddamites, but it is their country not ours. Let them kill each other, but not our boys and girls. Keep some forces there to hunt terrorists, but bring em all back home alive and well.
"Normal americans do not kill innocent unarmed people" ? Whens the last time you checked the news. True, whether they are "normal" is questionable but it happens every day on the streets and in the homes in the US and these same people make up a small part of the whole. But they kill never the less and for a million different reasons. Certainly, the number of murderers, drug pusher, rapist or thugs in general total more then the 12-15 Marines being investigated for these killing. Does this mean that since there are killings on our streets daily that anyone that lives in America should be condemned or labelled as a murderer ?
Why is it that a woman can justify a killing while she is PMSing and claim they were innocent by reason of insanity ? Why is it that a man can kill someone because that person molested his child and certainly it would be temporary insanity ? But a group of Marines, after watching one of their own being brutally murdered should be completely exempt from feeling any emotions and should just carry on. They live with the fear that they will not get home. Constantly on guard. Doing their best to expect the unexpected. Over time that will take it's toll on any healthy mind.
Your quick to judge our Marines but do you know for a fact that the "innocent women and children" were indeed innocent ?
If it does turn out that these Marines killed in an "unprofessional" manner, I can only hope that they would be given the same type of compassion that a father, who killed the molester of his child, would.
My questions to you frstabbo is:
1) Have you ever served in the military ?
2) If your brother, sister, mother or father were murdered - would you seek revenge ?
3) Has the media ever been inaccurate ?
