Was it as good as it sounds?
I think so. It was a little heavy on the brown sugar and even though I used low-sodium soy sauce, it was a bit salty. So next time I will adjust downward. Pork fell off the bones

Made a pretty good peach bbq slop over garlic toast from some leftover rotisserie chicken and broccoli, with sautéed onion added.
Strawberry dump cake with vanilla ice-cream will be dessert.

Well, the dump cake is going to the dump...turned the oven off when the timer beeped and let the cake stay in to keep it warm for later. Except I turned the timer off not the oven🤦‍♀️

Charcuterie? Nope, that's my plate, hubby gets his own plate.
Oh, pardon my faux pas. The presentation and variety made me think of a charcuterie board. It's a beautiful arrangement and the figs look mouthwatering. Last good fig I had was a billion years ago and my dad grew it. They've been horrible in the stores - not even Zimmerman's had good ones.
